Four decades of one thing — building screens that screen gold.

Years operating 40+ From New Zealand workshop floors in the early 1980s to a manufacturing HQ in Rayong, Thailand.
Units shipped 100+ Every one designed, fabricated, and commissioned in our own facility.
Peak throughput 400t/hr From 30 t/hr field starters to 400 t/hr continuous-feed production plants.
Countries 6apac New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos.

Not an agent.
Not a reseller. The workshop.

We design, build, and ship the machine. The same engineer who draws the screen specifies the steel, supervises the weld, and signs off the commissioning report. There are no layers between you and the people responsible for the plant arriving on your site.

That matters because alluvial gold mining is not a brochure business. It happens in river beds, jungle pits, and remote provinces where a missing bolt costs a week and a wrong specification costs a season. Our work is to take that risk off the operator's desk.

Commissioned by us

We attend first start-up. We re-tune until the recovery numbers match the spec sheet.

Three mobilities.
One screen behind them all.

Every plant is custom-built to the operator's feed and recovery target. The mobility class is decided by site: how far you have to move, how often, and what's between the river and the road.

Crawler-mounted trommels.

Self-propelled on excavator-class tracks. The operator drives directly to the dig face — no flatbed, no crane, no transport contractor in between. The only screens in the world built this way.

Capacity 100–250t/hr
Mobility 3 km/hon tracks
Power CAT C9diesel

For: remote alluvial sites · river-bed pits · jungle leases · operators who move dig faces weekly.

Towable screening plants.

Highway-legal trailer frame with hydraulic stabilisers. Hook up to a prime mover, drive between sites in a day, level and feeding within the hour. The most flexible class we build.

Capacity 30–200t/hr
Mobility Towroad-legal
Setup ≤ 90minutes

For: small & mid contractors · seasonal claims · operators running multiple sites.

No one else builds a gold screen that drives itself to the dig.
And no one else takes the call from the operator at four in the morning when it doesn't.
